Position
Exciting opportunity to provide leadership within a newly remodeled birth center with 12 labor and delivery suites, 23 antepartum/postpartum/GYN surgery beds, as well as three operating rooms
Department possesses a collaborative, family-like culture
Oversees an excellent fully-staffed department including 40 FTEs with a current patient satisfaction score of 90%
Seeking a collaborative and progressive leader who can provide new and creative ideas to help the department continue to grow. Partnering with the physicians will be crucial for the incoming director, as well as the ability to provide hands-on leadership while also guiding global view initiatives.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree in nursing and a minimum of three years of leadership experience in women´s services
