Serving residents of Ventura County, the Greater Conejo Valley and surrounding communities since 1968, Los Robles is undergoing a major transformation. Our $120 million master plan expansion features a range of facility additions and enhancements, including:
-A new 200,000-square-foot patient wing with 90 private rooms
-Spacious lobby and patient admitting area
-Private consultation rooms
-Expanded department locations
We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Medical Staff Services who will direct, coordinate and administer the operations and activities of the department. The Director will act as a liaison between the medical staff and hospital management, to maintain successful communication among all health disciplines and hospital departments.
Qualified candidates must possess:
-High school diploma
-Graduate degree from a business or professional college with an academic background
-Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services is preferred
-A minimum of five years experience in medical staff management and progressively responsible administrative work
-A minimum of three years supervisory experience
