Exciting opportunity to lead a large OR in the Midwest!
Position Information
The Director of Perioperative Services will be responsible for overall operations of 30 OR suites over four sites, 260 FTEs, and 15 direct reports including a dedicated business manager, a dedicated information technology manager, an educator and a secretary.
The department does a full range of cases including robotics, open heart, neurology, kidney transplant, ortho trauma and others, with an annual case volume of 22,000 procedures.
Assess the changing volume of the ambulatory surgery center on the main campus due to competing business and evaluate the need for a remodel.

Qualifications
Seeking a registered nurse with a bachelor´s degree, masters preferred and at least five years of surgical services management experience with a large surgical department.
Having leadership experience over multi-sites is desirable.
A strong individual who knows how to communicate at all levels and has LEAN or Keystone Patient Safety experience would be ideal.
