We invite you to join our team as the Director of Stepdown. As the Nurse Manager, you will maintain responsibility for the overall management of the departments daily operations and staff in order to achieve quality improvement, fiscal productivity, patient satisfaction goals and objectives and quality service on a 24-hour basis.
Qualified candidates must possess:
Florida Registered Nurse License
Basic Life Support Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
Certification in area of work preferred
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent; Masters Degree in Nursing or Allied Health preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a critical care/cardiology setting
A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience as a full-time or relief charge nurse, clinical manage or nursing administrative supervisor
