The Position
Oversee a Surgical Services division, with 14 OR suites and 95 FTEs with excellent potential for growth
Department is extremely progressive, and an expansion plan for the hospital will occur in 2010
Foster physician relationships with a dynamic group of physicians, work closely with staff on process improvement and strategically assess current operations.
Function in a team centered, collaborative environment, working closely with the Surgical Services Manager to mentor the nursing staff and ensure they are provided necessary resources to grow

Minimum Requirements
Qualified candidates will be registered nurses with a bachelor´s degree in nursing preferred; master´s degree is ideal with strong operational skills and an intimate knowledge of surgical services.
