The Position
The Director of Perioperative Services is responsible for overseeing a large surgical services department consisting of 38 operating room suites with recent renovations and state-of-the-art equipment
Develop a vision for the perioperative department within a mission and value driven, teaching environment
Focus on staff development across the department of 350+ FTEs with support from two managers, two educators and team leads
The Hospital
St. John Medical Center is a 550-bed tertiary, not for profit facility that has applied for Magnet designation

Qualifications
Seeking a registered nurse with a masters degree and at least five years of surgical services management experience within a large surgical department
