DIRECTORSHIP. Truly democratic, emergency physician-owned and managed group looking for Director who will be a partner/owner of new ED contract in the Finger Lakes Region of NY State. Must share in a commitment to excellence in emergency medicine. 23k volume ED with additional 2 urgent care centers. All EM Board Certified group. Upon joining the group, you are automatically on track towards becoming an owner.
You will share equally in the profits and in responsibility. All contracts are stand-alone corporations. Open books to all physicians. Initial compensation 10-15% above the norm for immediate region plus comprehensive benefits. Upon profit-sharing, compensation is among the highest in the nation. This is one of the most scenic areas of NY state with a plethora of college towns, vineyards, lakefront-living and Adirondacks within shouting distance.
