Disaster Hazmat Program Coordinator needed in North Dallas/Fort Worth!

Clinical Program Coordinators (Planning) has the responsibility to oversee (coordinate) all of the work of the Action Teams.

-Coordinates Action Team activities to ensure that timelines are met.
-Provides direction as needed.
-Ensures that Action Team charters are reviewed and updated as needed in the context of the broader EHR Program.
-Identifies expertise needs and recommends assignment of subject matter experts as needed.
-Identifies scope changes and presents for IWG and GC approval.
-Routinely conducts meetings with Action Team chairs and Project Managers to coordinate activities.
-Prepares and submits a monthly status report on the Action efforts to the Clinical Program Coordinator (Oversight) for inclusion in Implementation Working Group and Governance Committee reports.
-Continues to develop EHR Program timeline and updates as needed.
-Ensures that the process is moved forward to facilitate the formation of new Action Teams to meet EHR Program timelines.
-Ensures that lessons learned relative to planning processes are incorporated in future activities.

Clinical Program Coordinators are responsible for coordinating significantly complex activities that are interrelated and may have significant interdependencies. They manage and track interrelated projects as programs.

The Clinical Program Coordinators work with multiple stakeholders to adequately integrate activities to ensure that they are aligned with the EHR Program activities. They are responsible for identifying any misalignment of opportunities to facilitate successful integration of activities and implementations of the EHR Program.

Qualifications

College graduate required with at least 3+ years of experience required.
Detail focus and able to integrate the big picture.
