Electrodiagnostic Technologist Opportunity!
Under the supervision of the director of the EMG/Neuromuscular Diagnostic laboratory and Office Manager, the technologist will be expected to perform a wide variety of neurodiagnostic studies and other duties including preparation of the rooms and maintenance of equipment to assist the physicians performing the electrodiagnostic studies. The technologist will also will perform duties in relation to scheduling, patient records, reports and billing documentation as required by the supervising staff.
Qualifications: High school graduate and a graduate of an accredited school by the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation or the American Medical Association and two years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in EMG laboratory and AAET certification is preferred.
