ECI, the nations premier, privately owned emergency staffing and management company for over 35 years, is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Medical Director and full-time and part-time attending physician positions in the emergency department at Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas.
Hays Medical Center (HMC) has been named by Modern Medicine one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. HMC was formed in 1991 through the merger of two private hospitals today, this 194-bed facility offers medical, surgical, and pediatric care. HMC provides cardiac, neonatal and intensive care units, as well as cancer, joint care, and rehabilitation services.
The Hays Medical Center Emergency Department sees over 12,500 patients annually. The HMC 8-bed ED offers 24- hour CT and MRI, as well as MSCT, SpedCT, and ultrasound services. The HMC ED facilitates single-physician coverage and 12-hour shifts.

Physician candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine or a Primary Care specialty with Emergency Medicine experience.
All physicians are Limited Liability Partners of Southwest Kansas Emergency Physicians, LLP. Physician partners recieve $170 per hour plus differentials and have the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan. An insurance package at preferred group rates, which includes health, prescription, dental, vision, and life, is available via payroll deduction.
