Abrazo Medical Group an affiliate of Abrazo Health Care is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst II with demonstrated experience performing complex financial/operational analysis.
The position requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and five or more years of progressive accounting and high-level spreadsheet experience.
In this position you are responsible for:
- Assisting the Finance Director in the direction and coordination of program planning; including organizational goal achievement, budgeting, facilities, equipment supplies, utilization and statistical and financial reporting.
- Collecting data and preparing analyses related to fiscal accounting, budget and reimbursement and financial feasibility studies.
- Directing budget preparation for the physician practices and providing expenditure analysis for variances to budget.
The ideal candidate has five for more years experience with physician group practice financial analysis and budgeting, experience with Hyperion reporting systems and exceptional Excel skills. Must be able to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize and provide accurate reports within established timeframes to meet deadlines.
