Selected individual will be expected to provide decision support for Riverside Medical Group, a medical practice group with over 50 providers encompassing multiple specialties. Develops & prepares financial analyses, projections & reports, develops & implements physician compensation models, & monitors physician employment contracts. Also prepares & communicates financial & statistical information, and supports new business development/program activities.
Requires:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Care Administration, and 1-3 years health care experience
- Clinical or patient account background with fundamental knowledge of the Revenue Cycle process, including rules and regulations pertaining to hospital and physician reimbursement and insurance claim billing/collection practices are highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and coding helpful
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proven track record of financial leadership and Strong communication skills
