Histology Supervisors
The Histology Labs at both Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan and Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn are looking for Histology Supervisors to join their team. The ideal candidates for these full-time positions will have solid experience working in a Histology Lab, as well as some experience supervising Histo Techs. The Histo lab must include: grossing, special staining and embedding methodologies.
Qualified candidates for these positions must have:
A Bachelors degree in a related field.
HT ASCP certification (or be eligible for it).
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
