Position
Overall responsibility for the critical care division, which encompasses ICU, progressive care, cardiac cath lab, and the cardiac monitoring center
Reports to the chief nursing officer with 45 FTEs
Lead the implementation of brand new cath lab technology
Participate in the planning for a new replacement hospital
Hospital
101-bed, Joint Commission accredited, acute-care, public district hospital
Provides an array of services including general medical and surgical care, general intensive care, cardiology, pediatric medical and surgical care, obstetrics, emergency, and trauma
Due to its impressive growth, the organization will soon be building a new $133 million replacement facility
Involved in joint ventures for the Tri-Cities Cancer Center, Tri-Cities Heart Care, and the Tri-Cities Kidney Center

Qualifications
Candidates will have a bachelors degree, masters degree preferred, and have a solid leadership background in the critical care arena
