The Interventional Radiology Section at Emory-Adventist Hospital in Smyrna, Georgia is searching for an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist.
Candidate should have at least 3 years of IR lab/hands-on scrub experience; with administrative experience preferable.
The IR program has a special focus on women care, namely the treatment of Uterine Fibroids. We are seeking a person who possesses not only the clinical and technical skills, but also is extraordinary with patients and colleagues. Our salary and benefits package are very competitive. After hours and weekend call responsibilities are minimal.
This person would be responsible for assisting the IR physician/PA in performance of IR procedures. They would also be responsible for filming and charging the IR cases and work cooperatively with the other IR techs and nurses.. Finally, they would assist with the maintenance of adequate supplies for the lab, and interface with the various vendors.
