Description: The primary function of the Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) encompasses autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups & communities, sick or well, and in all settings, within their individual scope of practice, as defined by their provincial regulatory body. The LPN promotes health and wellness and utilizes
evidence based practice to address client´s actual or potential health problems.
Qualifications: Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
Palliative care experience an asset
