MANAGER, CENTRALIZED SCHEDULING SERVICES (RN)
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the development and implementation of appointment resource scheduling services across TMH entities and locations. Establishes, maintains and coordinates cross-specialty security, rules, roles and responsibilities. Oversees and is responsible for all aspects of daily operations. Requires RN with current Texas Licensure. Minimum of five years applicable experience with progressively more responsible supervisory or management experience. Strong working knowledge of PC technology and software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing, BSN, A.D.N. or Diploma
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
Registered Nurse with current Texas licensure. Non-clinical area, CPR not required.
Experience - External:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Five years applicable experience with progressively more responsible supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a large, complex, integrated delivery system affiliated with a teaching institution. Prefer one year of direct experience managing or supervising and enterprise-wide scheduling group using an automated scheduling product.
