Assists the Director of Critical Care to maintain operational aspects of the patient care unit. Under administrative direction, assesses plans and evaluates delivery of patient care. Direct, and evaluate nursing functions and activities of CVICU, ICU, and PCU. Evaluates action plans and provides input to director to help insure that nursing practice continually improves and impacts positively on patient outcomes. Three years experience in critical care. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Arizona license. Leadership experience a must.
