Medical Office Manager opportunity in Clackamas, OR!
Leads and directs the day-to-day delivery of all services and activities within a Level II size clinic or an equivalent complexity in the service mix.
Essential Functions:
- Serves as the single point of accountability for the customer experience associated with any care within the facility
- Supports managers and physician leaders in the resolution of operational problems and in identifying resource and system needs
- Oversees the facilities’ management of expenses within budgeted resources
- Monitor the effectiveness of ambulatory care changes at the facility level; develop improvement strategies in conjunction with service lines, ancillary and business operations
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of health care experience
- 7 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a business, nursing or health care related field
