Great opportunity at a 231-bed facility that is located within a short driving distance to the beautiful beaches of either the gulf coast or the Atlantic Ocean
The manager will have responsibility for the overall duties of HR including managing benefits. This position reports to the director with six FTEs as direct reports.
Qualified candidates will be individuals who present with four years management level hospital experience as a human resource manager/director and possess strong leadership skills including customer service, communication, creativity, initiative, self-direction, as well as excellent technical skills.
Ideal candidates will have extensive backgrounds in employee benefits, specifically with plan design, claim utilization review, SPD oversight, and workers compensation claims. A bachelors degree is required, PHR/SPHR preferred.
Hospital human resources experience is required. People with no healthcare experience will not be considered.
