Our service has grown exponentially since its inception and we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead our latest growth areas in the Hospice and Palliative Care and Hospital @ Home Programs. Candidate must be BE/BC in Internal or Family Medicine and experienced in acute care medicine and administration. Comfort with new cutting edge practice dealing with chronic illness exacerbations that will be managed at home and in the hospital.
