The Adirondack Medical Center, located in the heart of the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of Northern New York, seeks a quality, full time Cardiologist to serve the needs of our rural community.
The Cardiologist will be responsible for overseeing and directing the hospitals thriving Cardiopulmonary Department and will assist increasing the availability of Stress Testing and Nuclear Stress Testing Services; will provide a full time Echocardiology schedule; will provide for the maintenance of chest pain patients that do not require interventional cardiology procedures; provide follow up pace maker clinics-electrophysiology services; develop a CHF Clinic for disease management; evaluate the ability to perform Transesophageal Echocardiographic studies, in addition to other Cardiology related services. Valid NYS license and BC/BE required.
