Under the supervision of the Plant Operations Director, the Supervisor will assist in administering, both minor and major projects, insure safe conditions and proper functioning of all fixtures, hardware and systems to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
The Supervisor will plan and direct the activities of the maintenance, security and communications departments, as well as oversee the programs to maintain building, grounds, equipment, and utility distributes in and around the Medical Center.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of two years of college, with management concentration preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: CFC Certification preferred. Others are beneficial.
Experience: Demonstrates expertise, skill and knowledge in at least two craft areas, i.e. electrical, carpentry, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, electronics, or safety and security
