We have an excellent opportunity for an Organizational Development Specialist who functions as an internal consultant, providing the full range of Organizational Development (OD) services to key stakeholder individuals and groups at PPH to improve their performance and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
Works closely with HR colleagues and will establish business partnerships with PPH leaders to analyze people systems, dynamics, culture, competencies, and management, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and providing interventional and other services to support the achievement of business goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Follows PPH rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards.
Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of PPH.

Requirements
Minimum Education: Masters Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology or Education
Preferred Education: PhD
Minimum Experience: 3 - 4 years experience as an OD consultant
Preferred Experience: 6+ years experience as an OD consultant. Prior
experience in healthcare organizations of 2,000+ employees
Required License: Valid Drivers License
