Reporting to the Director of Pastoral Care and Education, the Priest provides pastoral care to patients and their families through counseling and/or the administration of sacraments. This individual is responsible for the coordination of the Catholic Ministry recruitment, training and under the supervision of the Director, provides leadership to Eucharistic Ministers. Develops relationships with area priests and parishes, participates as a member of the Pastoral Care team and the interdisciplinary team for patient care.
Ordination as a Catholic priest is required.
Good standing with the religious community.
Certification by NACC or APC, or willingness to work towards certification.
