Magnet Recognition Program Leader Needed
Assist with the planning, development and management of all plans related to the ANCC Magnet Recognition application process, preparation, designation and maintenance.
Responsibilities include implementation of a relationship based care philosophy throughout the Department of Nursing and within the existing interdisciplinary care environment. You will also support Quality Management efforts for the department as they relate to Magnet goals/initiatives and serve as a leader to provide on-going education, training and support to staff at all levels.
NYS RN license/registration required
3-5 years of quality management experience and related certification, Masters degree preferred
Previous experience or understanding related to the Magnet Recognition application/designation process highly desirable.
