We are now seeking a Project Manager for one of our top NYC clients!
Looking for an extremely proficient, self motivated, Project leader to oversee a large Community based Ambulatory Electronic Health Record deployment. This person will interact with executives, work onsite to manage the day to day activities of a large Implementation team, coordinate work flow, and ensure the projects stays on task, both financially and within a dedicated timeframe.
Responsibilities Include:
-Managing Allscripts Enterprise EHR and Practice Management implementation throughout a geographic area
-Managing project plans, financials, timelines and resource allocations
-Developing / managing / finalizing Scope and Risk Assessment documents
-Coordinating resource utilization internally
-Reporting on project status weekly
Education & Experience Requirements:
-5+ years of project management with 3 years dealing with senior level management, PMI certification a plus
-A successful work record of large scale software implementation
-Knowledge of Ambulatory care setting including Electronic Health Records and Practice Management Systems preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation skills, and customer relationship skills
-Ability to manage and drive a multitude of stakeholders and project resources
