The Nurse Manager is a leader within the health system who demonstrates proficiency in all Quality leadership skills and expertly manages the care of a patient population. Assumes 24 hr responsibility for a patient care unit and acts as liaison between patients, team members, physicians, other customers and administration.
Qualified candidates will be a FL licensed RN with an Associates degree in Nursing and a Bachelors degree in a related field or BSN in process to be completed within 36 months. Other requirements include three years Nursing experience; one year leadership experience; BLS; and strong interpersonal, critical thinking and organizational skills.
