We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Registered Nurse to manage the nursing care of critically ill patients of the Intermediate Care Unit. The Registered Nurse will access, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs, administer prescribed medicines, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs, instruct and educate patients and families, as well as, orient and mentor new staff members.
Qualified candidates will possess:
-Nevada Registered Nurse License
-Basic Life Support Certification
-Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
-Graduate degree of an accredited school of professional nursing
-Customer service abilities including effective listening skills
-Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a fast paced environment
