Abrazo Health Care is looking for experienced Cath Lab RNs to join our recognized Flex Pool Program providing quality care to our patients! The Flex Pool RN is critical to the successful operation of our 5 hospitals Arrowhead Hospital, Paradise Valley Hospital, Phoenix Baptist Hospital, Maryvale Hospital and West Valley Hospital.
The Flex Pool RN offers 2 levels of work commitments
BASIC: Works at a designated Abrazo Hospital a minimum of 4 shifts per 4 week schedule, 2 of those shifts must be worked on a weekend. Must work 2 holidays per year, at least one must be a premium holiday.
PREMIUM: Must be willing to work at any of the 5 Abrazo Hospitals with availability to work a minimum of 8 shifts per 4 week schedule, 1 of those shifts must be submitted for a weekend. Availability for a 4 week schedule is due 4 weeks in advance of schedule start date.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse who provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. BSN and specialty certifications preferred.
