We are looking for an experienced RN to join our Progressive Care Unit team as a Clinical Manager. This is a full time evening shift position (3p-11p).
Albert Einstein Medical Center is a teaching hospital offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. We are located at 5501 Old York Road and are proud to offer a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.
In this role, you will assume immediate responsibility for:
-Planning, facilitating, coordinating and evaluating all unit activities including patient care, operations and human resource management in conjunction with Nurse Manager/Clinical Director
-Representing nursing and acts as a hospital/unit resource to staff as well as other departments on a daily basis
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
-Bachelors degree required.
-Maintains current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
-Must have 5 years critical care experience
-Certification in appropriate specialty preferred
