Swedish Physician Division, part of Swedish Health Services, the largest, most comprehensive non-profit health-care provider in the Greater Seattle area seeks an experienced Sr. Finance Manager to join our team.

The Sr. Finance Manager is a key role within Swedish Physician Division that will serve on the core leadership team by providing direction and support to strategic initiatives of the division, and overseeing Finance, Budgeting and Decision Support.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and present financial reports to sr. leadership, providers and other stakeholders.
Develop and administer provider compensation plans and staff incentive plans and serve as chair of committees for these programs.
Strategic planning for payer contracting and ambulatory care delivery system.
Oversee the budget process and coordinate with other areas within Swedish Health Services.
Negotiate, direct, and administer quarterly incentive programs and provider compensation plans.
Manage the day-to-day activities and staff of the 6-member Decision Support team.
Analyze potential new business opportunities and creating financial projections.
Benchmark analysis for billing, operations, and provider productivity.
Oversee the design and maintenance of financial reporting systems (SQL, server, Excel, Access).

Requirements:
5+ years experience in healthcare finance.
3+ years management experience, healthcare preferred.
Proven knowledge in financial and cost accounting, financial analysis and ambulatory care operations.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information to all levels within the organization.
Strong desire to work in an organization focused on growth and quality.

Swedish Physician Division is located in downtown Seattle. SPD operates a network of 14 primary-care clinics, over 20 specialty clinics and currently employs 300 providers and 700 staff.
