Responsibilities:
Supervision of business support areas in a single specialty or multi-specialty site.
Organize work site and work processes to optimize service and operational efficiencies. Responsible for direct supervision of staff involved in registering and scheduling staff.
This job includes overseeing the daily staffing of several telephone call centers.
Qualifications:
AA degree.
5-7 years business operations experience required.
3-5 years of previous healthcare supervisory experience.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities is required.
Excellent customer service skills and must have strong interpersonal communication skills and conflict management skills.
Experience in coaching staff performance and knowledge of best of practice for telephone standards of quality and content handling.
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:
Full time position (40 hours per week)
Day shifts: Monday - Friday day
Occasional weekend and evening hours
Non-Contract
