Arrowhead Hospital, a Solucient 100 hospital, is part of Abrazo Healthcare. Abrazo is a 5 hospital system in the metro Phoenix area.
Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Position renders individualized, age specific and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs. Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals. Participates in hourly rounding. Observes safety guidelines and safework practices. May at times be asked to be in charge for a shift(s).
Current Arizona Registered Nurse Licensure required. Current CPR Required. Must be able to obtain Advanced Life Support Certification by area of clinical practice per department policy. Orthopedics experience is preferred.
Previous experience in Inpatient Surgery required. Current AZ Registered Nurse Licensure required. Current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification required. Must be able to obtain Advanced Life Support Certification by area of clinical practice per department policy
