Position Information
The System Director of Marketing/Advertising will be responsible for the hands on creation and management of the retail and hospital marketing for the system and will oversee 4 direct reports. Qualified candidates will be bachelors prepared in a related field, have previous marketing/advertising experience, and be energetic, hands on leaders. Masters preferred. Ideally, candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit, retail marketing experience and be customer service oriented.
Hospital Information
The 516-bed, Joint Commission accredited health system is comprised of two campuses, as well as a 146-bed extended care center, a free-standing cancer center and a new orthopaedic center to be completed in 2010! The system is recognized for its exceptional work in quality care and has had the distinction of being among the nations best hospitals for the past three years by HealthGrades. As the largest non-government employer in the county and in its service area, the system employs more than 2,300 people. Services include orthopaedics, pediatrics, rehabilitation, surgical services, general and neonatal intensive care, emergency services, a family birth center, behavioral health, neurology and a breast center.

This central Montana community, with a population of approximately 57,000, is only miles from the Rocky Mountains and the Little Belt Mountains.
