Vice President, Physician & Business Development
Provides senior leadership at the system level, responsible for leadership and growth of the physician integration strategies, including but not limited to: physician recruitment and retention, ambulatory care development, physician referral development, physician joint ventures, and the facilitation of network services to support the organizational goals. Has overall responsibility for the strategic planning and operations of the practices and ancillary services in the First Coast Primary Care Network, Spine & Brain institute and other current and future hospital-based practices.
Position Requirements-
Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, FACHE certification preferred.
7-10 years of healthcare management experience required. Minimum of 5 years experience over a major group of 25 physicians, multi site. Experience in physician recruitment and retention, practice acquisitions, complex negotiations, contracts, program development, interpret and use complex data.
