Orlando Health is currently seeking the following:
Wellness Coordinator
Internal program development consultant and project manager, to lead programs from ideation through development, including researching, developing, managing, implementing, marketing and conducting wellness programs along with monitoring and measuring outcomes. Analyzes statistical information to identify trends and utilization to track progress and future programming needs. Provides leadership in defining programs and scope including benefits, services, incentives, platform and vendor relationships. Builds a strong network of reliable vendors/contractors for matches with needed programs.
Bachelors degree in Public Health, Public or Community Health Education, Health Care Administration or a related health field and 2 years of related experience in corporate, public or community health education including creating, managing and implementing successful health and wellness programs; or an Associates degree and 6 years of related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff/management across multiple departments and levels are required. Must have demonstrated research, analytical, project management and wellness program develop skills. Strong presentation and group facilitation experience required.
