Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Wound Care and according to established policies and procedures and wound care guidelines and standards, nursing standards
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of individual patient care on a daily basis during the departments hours of operation.
Provides acute and rehabilitative care for people with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary and integumentary systems.
Provides direct care to people with abdominal stomas, wounds, fistulas, drains, pressure ulcers and incontinence.
Requires current Illinois RN licensure, BSN, and WOCN certification.
