Our $120 million master plan expansion features a range of facility additions and enhancements, including:• A new 200,000-square-foot patient wing with 90 private rooms• Spacious lobby and patient admitting area• Private consultation rooms• Expanded department locationsWe are currently seeking a full time Clinical Coordinator Pharmacist who, under supervision and direction of the Director of Pharmacy, will coordinate the provision and measuring/monitoring activities involved in medication use in daily pharmacy operations. These activities will include medication use evaluations, adverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting, and medication use activities included in JCAHO and regulatory agency standards.Qualified candidates must possess:• California Pharmacist License• PharmD Degree • Graduate degree of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy • Completion of a pharmacy residency in clinical hospital services or previous experience as a clinical coordinator• At least three years experience in a hospital clinical practice in lieu of a residency • Demonstrated competency in unique aspects of drug monitoring for all patient agesAdvanced Medical Services Mean Opportunity for YouNestled at the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center is a 265-bed acute care facility.
