It is expected that the Pharmacist shall exercise leadership in all matters related to the medication use process for neonate/infant through geriatrics. The position requires interaction with healthcare members, management, system members, physicians and patients. The Pharmacist is responsible for supporting the quality improvement process through professional development, performance monitoring, and improvement indicators.
