Position InformationThe Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for the daily operations of the 6-suite OR, PACU, SDS, SPD, as well as special studies and endoscopy, with approximately 35 FTEs and 3 direct reports. Qualified candidates will be bachelors prepared nursing leaders who have previous management experience, are visible leaders, committed to patient care, and possess strong communication and relationship building skills.
