POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER, NORTHERN ON STATUS: FULL TIME; EXTENSIVE TRAVEL WITHIN NORTHERN ON BRANCHES REQUIRED LOCATION: SUDBURY GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:The Branch Managers primary function is to ensure that we recruit and retain the right people for the team; collaborating with Senior Manager to strengthen employee relationships and ensure daily operations are in alignment with our Mission Critical Processes.RESPONSIBILITIES:The Branch Manager is accountable for and responsible to:- Execute the contracts with the existing customer base with precision.- Lead the operation to meet or exceed all facets of service quality from the initial service referral through to the accurate and timely billing of the service at the highest level of efficiency- Ensure that the right people to deliver the care and administer the services are on the team in order to meet the demand for services and to attain or exceed budgeted revenue and contribution targets.- Drive revenues and margins and reduces costs.- Lead the team to work together effectively at the highest performance standard and differentially rewards performance based on contribution.- Follow-up and communicates on real or potentially litigious issues.- Recruit, interview and select Client Service Supervisors and Client Service Specialists and provide guidance, coaching, orientation, and mentoring- Provide current information and guidance to supervisors regarding Comcare polices and procedures and professional standards- Initiate new tools, procedures and processes to improve the efficiency of Service delivery- Implement Strategic Plan to recruit and retain exemplary staff to meet our contract needs both ongoing and future planning.- Respond to employee, client and customer concerns in a prompt and courteous manner - Ensuring and fostering excellent customer service amongst all team members and clients.- Ensure day to day operations meet our highest quality standards in the provision of effective and efficient service delivery.- Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to address areas for improvement.- Communicate in weekly written report on all activities and in conjunction with our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Ensure the work of the Branch is carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Refer to addendum for specific accountabilities Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL/BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS:- University education in Business or equivalent- Must have a proven and demonstrated successful track record of managing a team with a strong focus on employee and client relations- Two years proven experience in management required.
