Division Leader. Establishes and enforces policies, procedures, standards and objectives. Leads, directs and supervises staff as well as workflow. Position has budgetary or fiscal accountability. Responsible for the ongoing effective operation of the assigned marketing and communications functions of the organization by exerting a leadership role which supports the hospitals mission, vision, goals and objectives, while focusing on the patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and the community as customers. Ongoing accountability for the continuous assessment, improvement, publicity, coordination and integration of the department services and standards of care into the hospitals primary function. Position ensures consistency and integration of internal communications. Promote organization wide understanding of Regional/Corporate objectives, initiatives and programs, to achieve greater employee effectiveness and engagement. Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards and approving supply orders. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements. Ten years experience in Management in Marketing/Communication.
