Primary responsibilities will be to handle communications and act as a liaison between billing operation functions and hospital based clients. Position responsibilities:-Direct Client management responsibility-Liaison between Clients and MMP Operations including other MMP office locations.-Function effectively with MMP Operations personnel and Senior Management working on assigned Client accounts to define and deliver consistent, through service meeting company objectives of client services.-Managing Client accounts consists of implementation of billing/coding services, provider enrollments and credentialing, payer negotiations, client meetings, assist with internal and external audits, workflow, implementation of EMR/ADT, and Charge interfaces.-Additional responsibilities include financial forecasting, trend analysis, revenue projections.Qualifications:-Minimum of 5 years experience managing clients in the area of physician practice management/medical billing.-Excellent oral and written communication skills.-Excellent analytical, organization, and prioritization skills.-Ability to prepare monthly reports, make formal presentations and independently conduct monthly client business meetings.-System and software proficiency, including Excel and Word.-College degree required.MMP offers great compensation and benefits programs. Primary Responsibilities:Will ensure that an office is staffed and supervised to satisfy all facets and requirements of a hospital-based practice including billing and A/R, purchasing, insurance claim processing, monthly operations, billing and A/R reporting, and resolution of practice management issues. Primary Responsibilities: The person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for operational performance for one or more of the East Regions most prestigious physician groups. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a medical billing office, including accounts receivable management, reimbursement management, and payor relations performance standards. Qualifications: Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationshipsEffective meeting management and presentation skills to large client groupsTwo (2) Seven (7) years experience managing multiple clients, including one (1) year of physician practice management experience. Experience in managing medical billing and reimbursement and managed care contracts.Excellent analytical, oral and written communication and organizational skills.Systems and software proficiency, including Excel.Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.Radiology, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medical Practice Experience highly desired.
