The Center for Family Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Jackson, Michigan. We are a multi-specialty clinic with practitioners specializing in the areas of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Ob/Gyn. Our agency has expanded greatly over the years and now consists of two medical clinics, dental clinic, and two school-based health centers in the Jackson area.
