Overall patient satisfaction as measured by hospital tool.2. Maintains professional licensure in a current status as defined by the minimum qualifications of this position.3. Manages routine assignments independently, consistently prioritizing when managing assignments.4. Consistently introduces self and role when interacting with patients and families. Performs an appropriate assessment on each patient as related to the therapy requested and completes reassessments as per policy. This includes pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.11. Evaluates, implements and modifies the plan of care based on observable patient responses and attainment of expected outcomes.12. Performs preparatory data gathering to adequately evaluate the patients need prior to initial patient contact; reviews patient records; confers with treating physician; collaborates with nursing staff and other members of the health care team regarding each patient.13. Demonstrates knowledge of, and complies with practices and plans: Emergency/Disaster Plan/Standard Infection Control Practices/Safety Policies.14. Maintains confidentiality of records, employee records, hospital information system, and administrative information. Respects co-workers privacy by refusing to gossip. Conversation between employee and customers are conducted with discretion. Adherence to privacy/HIPAA policies, maintains confidentiality of charts/medical records, avoids open discussion of patients/patient status.15. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of physical therapy modalities.16. Participates in patient and hospital safety and quality programs: fall prevention program/patient safety initiatives.17. Interacts professionally with patient/family and involves patient/family in the formation of the plan of care.18. Ensures that patient charges are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.19. Fulfills compliance education requirements as directed by the Compliance Department or department management.22.
