of downtown Atlanta,
Stockbridge is a peaceful getaway from
the big city. Due to its moderate climate
and its affordable housing, the city
has experienced a population boom over
the past few years. From 1990 to 2000,
the population increased from 3,359
to 9,853, an increase of 193%.
