The Dyad Model of Practice is a model that combines a partnership of Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist to achieve the goal of optimal outcomes for the patient population in a cost-effective manner.In addition to providing direct patient care, Clinical Nurse Specialists at AIMMC will assess and develop staff competency by establishing standards of patient care, implementing evidence-based practice and promoting the advancement of professional nursing practice. This will occur through education, role modeling, research, and implementation of new technology. This qualified candidate must have:*Masters degree in Nursing with 3-5 years recent experience in clinical setting*Current RN license in Illinois*Specialty certification *Current National Certification that meets *Illinois State requirement for Advanced Practice Nurse as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.*CPR certification
