Our 926-bed hospital now seeks CLINICAL SPECIALISTS for a variety of areas, including Med/Surg, Critical Care, Perioperative, and Quality Performance Improvement.As members of the nursing management team, each incumbent´s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Coordinating, coaching and leading nursing staff in clinical practice, patient education, quality improvement, and patient safety• Providing professional development/training and patient education• Participating in special projectsCandidates must possess:• Master´s degree in Nursing• Minimum 5-6 years´ progressively responsible job experience in your specialty area• Experience in evidence-based clinical practice, process improvement, data analysis, and outcomes evaluation or research Preferred applicants will also have:• Clinical specialty certification • A proven track record of active involvement in professional associations, research, and publication • Superior collaborative and communication skills
