ENTEROSTOMAL THERAPY (ET) NURSE- Windsor, ONCommunity Nurses use client/patient centered goals to assess, plan, and follow through with nursing interventions, within their scope of practice, utilizing best practice guidelines, as well as evaluate outcomes.
